Developed by John W. James and Russell Friedman, the Grief Recovery Method® provides a comprehensive framework to understand and process grief. It introduces clear, actionable steps to identify coping mechanisms and create a pathway toward relief, hope, and resilience. The program was born out of the loss of John’s son in the 1970’s.
