About Me

I remember it well...

in 2014 my life changed. The losses from my childhood and unhealthy patterns I developed to cope with grief caught up with me. I felt hopeless, confused, and overwhelmed. Even when I was with other people, I felt alone. I remember feeling stuck and unsure of what to do, I didn’t know how to reach out for help. Thanks to supportive counselors and mentors, I learned radical acceptance and discovered a new identity within myself. I learned more effective ways to cope and how to find a home in my own heart. I reconnected with Jesus and found truth, grace, and a more complete theology of God. I understand my clients’ feelings of loneliness, disconnection, and despair. I create a safe space for them and hold a light in the darkness when they feel lost. I want them to connect with their true selves and engage authentically with the world.

Through the messy journey, I found my calling.

I love dogs, playing the piano, music, mystery movies, the ocean, cooking, organizing, and teaching. When I am not working on a business project, I am usually watching NCAA football and softball, or spending time with family and friends.

"Sadness may stay for the night,
but rejoicing comes in the morning."
Psalm 40:5b

Experience

I have worked for the past 25 years in the field of organizational development and business, gaining experience and knowledge along the way. Throughout my career, whether with small businesses or large corporations, non-profit organizations, or even small family-owned enterprises, I have derived immense satisfaction from the process of bringing order out of chaos. My passion lies in helping individuals and teams sharpen their skills and hone their abilities, guiding them towards the path of success. It has always been rewarding for me to witness the transformational growth that can occur when people are empowered to maximize their potential and achieve their goals.
