Trauma Therapy

Trauma and PTSD can disrupt sleep, harm health, and create feelings of loneliness. Trauma can come from serious injuries, sexual violence, life-threatening events, ongoing abuse, bullying, or homelessness. There is hope; we can weather the storm together and find peace.

Anxiety Therapy

Anxiety can feel heavy and make it hard to find peace in everyday life. You might feel disconnected from your faith, family, friends, or self and struggle to feel calm. Healing is possible, and you don't have to go through this alone.

Relationship Counseling

Do you often prioritize others' needs over your own? Are you feeling stuck in a relationship but not sure how to move on? This issue, called codependency, makes it hard to have healthy, balanced connections. We can identify the cycles and help you find safety.

Christian Counseling

When we suffer, our faith may waver. Do you attend church but feel far from God? Are you uncertain about your beliefs? Have you experienced spiritual abuse? Together, with the Bible, we will discover God's grace and truth, and the freedom that comes from truly knowing Him.

Women's Counseling

Many women struggle to ask for help. This can lead to anxiety, isolation, and feeling overly responsible for things that are not yours to own. Trauma makes it even more complicated. Book today to start your journey to a more clear identity.

Men's Counseling

Are you dealing with anger? Are relationships unusually difficult? Do you feel lost in your career or life stage? Learn control over emotions, set clear boundaries, regain confidence, and refine your mastery. Counseling is where it begins.

Grief/Loss Counseling

You can't compare grief. Everyone experiences grief and loss in their own way. The weekly Grief Recovery Method® topics offer encouragement and direction to address common struggles. Learn to heal from loneliness, fear, anger, regrets, and habits created from loss.

Teletherapy

Teletherapy offers a way for licensed therapists to help clients through secure video calls. You can talk to your therapist just like in-person sessions, but from the comfort of home. If you have busy hours or feel anxious, teletherapy could be a good choice for you.

"I will be here, I will be strong,
I'll face my fears when the night is long,
And still go on.
I will be brave, I will be bold,
Follow my faith to a higher road.
And I'm not there yet,
But I will be."
